Jack Goldstein was born in Montreal in 1945 and died in San Bernardino, California, in 2003. In 1969 he earned a B.F.A. from the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles and an M.F.A. from the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia in 1972.
